Description: ProLED® Linear Bypass T8 LED retrofit tubes are the most reliable and efficient way to retrofit Fluorescent T8 fixtures. There are no ballasts involved, so there is less worry about failure of the lamps. With simple rewiring of any 4 foot T8 fixture, the lamp uses 43% less energy than a standard Fluorescent T8 and lasts up-to 66% longer. 1 This translates to lower maintenance costs over time. The frosted finish maintains the familiar look and feel of Fluorescent and can be used in a wider range of temperature applications.

*This lamp has been discontinued.  Please use the T8FR15/835/BYP/LED (3500k), T8FR15/840/BYP/LED (4000k) or the T8FR15/850/BYP/LED (5000k) for the next generation version.  The new lamp uses 3 less watts, and increases the lumens per watt by 8.   It's worth making the swtich.

Wiring:  These lamps are designed to work directly off line voltage bypassing any existing ballast.  The load and neutral must be wired to one unshunted socket.  The other socket is a dummy placeholder.  You may need to change out 1 socket.
